Had two carpets fitted by Simon. Both ended up being more difficult than anticipated due to the type of carpet I had purchased (very heavy, hand loomed), despite this he still stuck to original quotes.

Turned up within agreed time frame and completed the job in no time.

The original one was last year which my mum organised for me and recommended to use again.

I felt like I caught him on a bad day, which instantly got worse when the carpet was heavy & awkward, he didn't hide this, however, when he came back was in a much better mood and finished the job to a high standard.

Conservatory done last week. Just had hall, stairs and landing purchased from and fitted by Simon (and John). Very pleased. Looks great.
